At Squarehaus Motorhome Conversions, we take great care in crafting high-quality, made-to-order components and kits tailored to your specific needs. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review the following return policy before placing an order:
Bespoke Items (Custom Orders)
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable:
All bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. They often require dedicated design time, materials, and scheduling, which are factored into the price.
Design Documentation:
For bespoke kits, we provide exploded diagrams to support assembly. We do not supply step-by-step instructions, as each kit is unique and would require additional labour and cost to document individually. The diagrams are typically sufficient for experienced fitters or DIY customers.
Faults or Issues:
If you believe your bespoke kit is faulty, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to inspect and attempt to resolve the issue before a refund or further action is considered.
Resolution Options:
In cases where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may offer the following at our discretion:
A partial refund of up to 50%
Free in-house assembly of your kit (customer responsible for delivery to and from our premises)
Standard (Non-Bespoke) Items
Returns:
Standard, off-the-shelf items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds:
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (excluding any original shipping costs). Customers are responsible for return shipping.
